I made some very tasty fish tonight for dinner. Sadly, I forgot to take a picture of it until I was half way through eating it, so you don't get a picture. Here, simply, is the recipe

That sounds really tasty. I'm yoinking the recipe, and I'll give it a shot once I can justify paying for swordfish (or probably tuna is more likely).

Please, steal away! It is encouraged, actually. I imagine it would work fine with any firm-fleshed ocean fish.

I was thinking about doing it with linguini (or some sort of pasta), to up the Mediterranean-ness of the dish, but I've got these tasty little fingerling potatoes. I think if I'd gone the pasta route I would had added more wine (or just not cook it down as far) to end up with a more saucy sauce.
