This is only my second time doing a 20in20. From what I've gathered so far, you watch obsessively for the claim post to go up so you can get the character/pairing you want, then they post the themes on the 1st and you have to make all the icons before the 20th. Ngl, I started cackling when I saw "unimpressed" as one of the themes. Kurt spends half the show looking unimpressed.

Better yet, an icon of him looking unimpressed in every outfit he's ever worn. How many is that, again?
