State of the Nini Address.
So, I haven't posted in a while. The State of The Nini:
-Things are really going downhill at work, and we all got our hours cut by 5 hours per week.
*I freaked out
-Lucette decided to back out of our arrangement to move upstairs together, she gave me 3 days to move out.
*I freaked out.
-All the rooms that I thought I could get, it turned out they wouldn't accept a cat, out of hundreds of rooms contacts, 2 would take Bundy.
*I freaked out even more.
-One of those rooms were acceptable, and yesterday I packed everything up, and today Megs and I moved it all.
-When we got here with some of my stuff (after driving around through snow drifts and fishtailing all over) the owner wasn't here with my keys.
*I freaked out an irrational amount.
-Megs was stellar today, I'm a lucky Nini, she helped me carry all my awkward and ripping and heavy bags all over and then she rested my mattress on her head to plug in my extension chord.
-The room only has one power outlet.
*I freaked out for no reason at all.
-We had a great dinner together at Panera and suddenly everything was funny.
*I started to breathe again.
-I came home, realized my tv was already plugged into a magic extension chord that I still can't trace, and it gets all kinds of cable, I'm now watching bobsledding, and my computer gets some sort of wireless I can't trace (the room has no wireless)
*I really started to breathe again.
-I'm unpacked and Bundy and I are lounging on my bed trying not to fall asleep and peaking up at an Apolo Anton Ohno commercial.
*It feels like the fucking sun after the storm. If I can be dramatic about my downs then I figure I can be dramatic about the ups.
TL:DR version: I freaked out a whole fucking lot this week, but I have the best bffl in the world who has all kinds of understanding and patience and helped me get through this every step and now I'm very much more stable then I have been in a while.
