vandalism and excessive noise...

i just got a notice on my door about too much noise coming from my building and the fact that some assholes decided to vandalize the property. i *KNOW* none of my friends did the vandalism, right guys? and that's the last thing i'd do considering my parents own this shithole. grrr...the noise--well, that's another story...

um, yeah the afterparties need to stop for a little while until they realize that my downstairs neighbors are the ones who blow big time. :(
