Oh Bettie!
tonight turned from dull to downright interesting as it got toward the wee hours of the morning. i thought i would spend a boring night at home, after finding out that i wasn't going out anywhere. i started looking at old websites i used to visit. i found myself hypnotized by a website full of Bettie Page pictures. anyways, i started thinking about how i kind of resemble her because of my hairstyle. and then...i just really wanted to take pictures and see if i could make myself look like her--a photographic experiment of sorts. i wanted the pictures to look old fashioned. i dressed up like her, with makeup, hairstyle, undies and all. i have about 15 pictures that accomplished what i had hoped. i even managed to mimic a lot of her gestures. ah yes, that was fun. and now i have stayed up way too late basking in my accomplishment. i must now take a shower and go to bed.
