Red Flag Warning.
Okay kiddies, if you live in eastern NY state or New England, you can kiss off barbecueing today.
The Fire Weather Watch was cancelled, that's the good news. The bad news is, we're now up to Red Flag Warning, which is basically the Hurricane Warning of fire danger. It's bad enough out there that our cable company has been issuing EAS alerts all afternoon.
So please... make sure your ciggies are out before you go back in the building after your break, and don't light your farts outdoors. With 20-30mph gusts in some areas, you're just asking to burst into flame.
