happy st patrick's day
today seemed like a short day and seemed like Friday since I don't have to go to school tomorrow! On the other hand, yesterday was long. Probably because I had to go in early for a FACS meeting, then I sat in the library during block one. Except I was late to the meeting and missed it... I swear only when I am in a hurry to get to school do I get stuck behind slow people. yesterday it was a little red pos bomb going about 10 under... makes me so mad, and of course I can't pass on stupid little roads especially when it's snowing (well sort of anyway. the roads, potentially, were slippery--ok my road was, not that that's saying much because Baldwin... well you get the point) So anyway blocks 2 and 3 were fairly normal I suppose, as was block four until about 1:45. Some freshman (I'm assuming) thought "hey I think it's a pretty genius idea to pull the fire alarm, then we can get out of class 15 minutes early". I swear the maturity level of BEHS students rises every day... haha not really, can't wait to get out of there! So we were all sitting in class going what IS that? Finally we figured that we better get out, so I was just planning to go out to my car and go home. But then when I got out there I was like greaat my keys are in my coat pocket, which is in my locker! But then they let us right back in? that's pretty safe huh. But ok, well one good thing happened today. They checked parking stickers! Finally! Although I missed it and when I got to school I was SO confused. I came in the other entrance (not the student entrance from the road) and there were all these empty parking spots, seriously probably five at least. So I was like hmm what's going on, and just parked there. Then I later found out in homebase that they had in fact checked stickers today and made anyone who didn't have one park at the middle school. Of course today will probably be the only day they do it which kind of defeats the entire purpose. At least they can say they tried, I guess, right? So BOSTON tomorrow. Can't wait, it should be fun. We have to be in Portland at 5:45 for the train. And then we're taking the 11:15 train from Boston, putting us back in Portland at what?.. like 2am probably. sweet. Actually they moved the time of the train back about an hour because of the hockey east tournament at the Fleet Center (actually now it's the bank north gardens? idk something like that?) So I guess the idea is that anyone going to the tournament (my dad is, when I told him I was going to Boston on Friday he was like me too and I thought he was kidding) anyway, these people can still catch the train home from Boston afterwards. So other than that... today is St. Patrick's Day, I'm not Irish though, or actually I think I'm like one eighth! Still can't stop thinking about this whole college thing. So happy that next week is a 3 day week! And it finally feels like spring, ok it feels like spring but still doesn't look like spring yet. And for some reason my cell phone has no service anywhere
