I am completely delighted with this fic! Thank you for writing it for me, and especially for pinch-hitting.

Clark and Kara's characterization is just right and I could clearly see them having this conversation on the farm. I love how you've given their dialogue weight without making it heavy. The humor is organic, playful and genuinely funny.

Yet, you've balanced it with the deep pain of their losses. I like how their renewal is reciprocal in that they have each taught the other something. I also liked how they're clearly still getting to know each other, yet their family bond is strong.

What I think I like best about this story is the over-arching tone of hope which is the essence of the Superman mythos for me. You capture that perfectly.

Great job!

I'm so glad that you liked the story. I think that was an inspired prompt to bring together Clark and Kara over their questions and experience of faith.

You had a great list of prompts and, honestly?, there were two that immediately grabbed me and all but one were eminently possible for me to have written. I wish I'd the time to have written both of the ones I was taken with but could only justify one in the short time frame.

Still, maybe there'll be some more BSG fic in the future. . . .

Awww! This is so incredibly sweet and cute, but sad at the same time. The relationship between Clark and Kara here is done well, and I love the sense of weight the whole story has, of Kryptonian (and, consequently, DC comics) history.

Very, very well done, and thank you again, SO MUCH, for volunteering to punch hit!

You're welcome on the volunteering. It was my pleasure, honestly!

This was a lot of fun to write (thanks to isilweth's prompt). It was great to get inspired by the Kryptonian mythos all over again.
