I didn't know there was such a thing as a non-chocolate one. Or do you mean the calendar itself is actually made of chocolate? That would be good!

When I was a wee lad of five years old, maybe six, I had an advent calendar which had tiny little plastic trinkets behind each door. I suspect health and safety has long done away with such things now.

We have one in our office (hence my yes vote) which has lego in. There's a little pirate man (or lady) behind each door. Or a crocodile, parrot on a hatstand, cannon, etc.
