Mmmm.....cheesecake
Oh Yea,Thanksgiving!Right now I am finishing making my cheesecake for my family.This bites because it takes 24 hours to just make one cheesecake.An hour to prepare and mix everything,then an hour to cook it,30 min. rest in the oven,then an hour to cool out of the oven, then in the fridge for the rest of the day.To dang long to make and so much work.I guess that's what it takes to make a great cheesecake.Oh well,I just hope that this Thanksgiving goes well because I just heard earlier that my aunt had just bought the turkey at like 4 in the afternoon of today(11-24-04) and we all know that it takes a LONG ASS time to defrost a damn turkey.I just hope all the food is good and the turkey turns out a big success.Let's hope,at least.Ummm...hummm....(sigh)...BJG
