Well, I've dropped off the radar and probably will remain off the radar for another while. I am living in Essay Town atm (actually I'm doing one right now: to what extent do you agree that the Pastoral is fully understood when the reader appreciates that the Pastoral is written from the perspective of the sophisticated? GAH) and have exams coming out of my ears and a driving test on Thursday. And my mummy is still in Japan which means I'm cooking and doing a lot of the housework. The few times I've found time to write I've managed nothing... until today, but that... I dunno, I'm not that happy with how it turned out but I RaTs'd it because LOOK I WROTE OMG.
XD;;
No, no, the pressure's not getting to me at alllll.
So anyway... have a quote from R.S. Thomas because quotes from pastoral literature is about all I can manage right now:
Remember him, then, for he, too, is a winner of wars,
Enduring like a tree under the curious stars.
