I was at
celendra's house this weekend just hanging out. I felt so calm, I didn't want to leave. So, that got me wondering, what was so peaceful about Cel's place. It quickly dawned on me... her decor is somewhat minimalist, in a good way. I just have too much stuff. So, I'm not going to make anymore excuses about "oh I'm going to sell this, or I'll give so and so that." I'm just going to start boxing stuff up and worry about it just before I cart it off.
I also realized this weekend part of where this problem comes from. My father snuck a belt sander into my car before I left. A...... Belt...... Sander. Granted, we had talked about a project I was thinking of doing that might require some sanding. But, let me clarify something here. I am a girl. I live in an apartment. I DO NOT NEED a BELT SANDER. It's just more crap crapping up my house. Anyway, I'm going to see if Joe wants it, seeing as he has a garage and a house and stuff. Otherwise, off to Goodwill it goes. Does Goodwill take powertools? I may HAVE to see if I can sell it on Craigslist.
Oh, also, that little "chronic condition" I was having seems to have cleared up now. Yay. :) And the other chronic condition, our assistant, was canned back in January and now we have Debbie and I love her and I'm not stressed out anymore and work is now yay. :)
