A few updates

1. We finally closed on the house in Florida on Monday.  It feels weird to realize that I can't call that place my home anymore.  I really was attached to it.  Whatever is left now that the realtors have taken their share is being wired to my attorney up here.  After we close on this new home this Friday, we get a check for whatever is left.  I
