i just did the dumbest thing ever. i blame the heat. i really do. do you know it's 92 degrees here and "feels like" 102? according to the weather channel.
anyway, i just spent two hours editing a strip so i can upload it and return to my lof groove. apparently i'm more off track than i thought. i normally open up the three panel grid and then copy paste the old strip onto that, using it as a guidline for when i completely redraw the strip. that's what editing is right now, complte redrawing. or actually a loosely-done tracing. so anyway, i did all this work, redrew the whole strip. at this point i normall click "save as" and save it as the old strip. then i close the 3-panel grid without saving it so it stays blank. so today, as sweat as rolling down my face, i forget the "save as" part and completely closed out the whole new drawing without saving. like a moron. and of course, once it's clicked out of, how do you get it back? i don't think you can. i need a break. and food. and ac. i think i will make lunch, retreat to the ac'ed upstairs, and cry into my sandwich. yes, yes, that sounds like a plan.
