BFL update

It is recommended that you not even bother looking at the scale when you are doing this program. But my curiosity always gets the better of me. At the end of week 3, I had lost 10 lbs (some of that was water weight I lost in the first week) and I am already down a size.

We are on day 2 of week 4. I am going to take a photo after week 4 is over and compare it to my "before" photo. I can already see the changes in my body, slight as they may be. It is a lot of hard work eating 6 authorized meals a day and working out 6 times a week but my results so far have been worth it. Can't wait to see how I look after week 12!!!
