After watching La Jetee, my lack of recall for 12 Monkeys (inspired by the previous) piqued my interest to see it again.
It started with a vague sense of deja vu. But as the film progressed, my memory kicked in and I remembered how the story would enfold.
What I didn't remember at all (and what would have held no significance to me at the time I originally saw this movie) was a line that the character James Cole (Bruce Willis) says after killing two men.
All I see are dead people.
Ha! I thought this coincidence brilliant.
