Happy Halloween!
I'm sorry for being so very absent lately. But life happens. My excuses are, first, that I've been really busy with school; second, that my computer broke almost twenty times in the past few months, sometimes as part of the morning routine; third, that I've been on a school trip to Rome (it's tradition for the final year of high school!)
All in all, I haven't had time to play - or even install the game, frankly! My computer seems to be more stable now *knocks on wood* and my files should be safe *knocks a little harder* so when this period of exams is over, I'll go and do the disk dance. Still, I need to collect CC again and starting new projects in autumn or winter never works out, but I can fiddle with the terrain and skies. That wait's been long enough already.
I did take a lot of photos in Rome, so hopefully I'll be able to sort those out soon and post some of them :) And a few days ago I really missed taking pictures, so I went out and shot pictures of the garden, which has really changed since the summer! I included a few pumpkins, such as the one above :D
I do hope nobody minds my posting real life photography here.. I've been thinking of starting a separate community for my photos but it seemed silly when my pictures are so amateurish. If I post a lot more it might be helpful though, just so my Sims posts don't get snowed under.
Basically I just wanted to pop in and leave a little note. I hope it finds you well;
how are you all doing? I want to know :)
To those of you who celebrate Halloween, enjoy the thrills;
To those of you who endeavour to write a novel next month, the best of luck!
