So I'm reading the book 'Bitten' by Kelley Armstrong, since I can not just survive on reading Neil Gaiman books and because I thought I should give werewolves (being a vampire lover at hear and all) a fair chance. Anyways I've gotten about halfway through the book and I'm still not sure what I think about it. I'm not the biggest werewolf fan I can admit that and I've never read anything from this particular author before so I was going in to this hands up but with a little resentment.
It's probably a fairly good book. But I can't stop having issues with what the critics are saying on the back of the cover.
"The most appealing heroine I have come across in ages."
I don't know if I agree. Maybe it's because I have a problem reading Mary Sue fics when it comes to fandom that I can't read an actual heroine character that is not mary Sue that somehow confuse me.
Have anyone else read this book? and what did you think of it?
