Укрощение 小米 (сяо ми) Redmi Note 3 Pro a.k.a kenzo
В дополнение к вчерашнему посту о смартфоне Сяо Ми
По просьбам выкладываю инструкцию. Написано для знающих, другим лучше не пытаться.
Можно получить так называемый «кирпич». Это когда телефон не загружается совсем.
У мужа такой «кирпич» поначалу получился раза 3-4, но всё восстанавливалась, если делать по инструкции. Пока разбирался - злобно шипел всякие слова в адрес людей из IT.
Он обещал отвечать на вопросы. Так что задавайте, пока он добрый :)
01. Preparation
===============
1. Sign in to Mi Account

3. Prepare Windows - Disable Driver Signature Enforcement
a. bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
b. bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON
Note: on desktop appears 'Test Mode Windows 7 Build 7601' - remove TESTSIGNING OFF
4. Install Programs

c. Fastboot EDL fastboot_edl.7z
d. Flash Program MiFlash_v20160401.zip or MiFlashSetup-Beta
e. Phone Manager MiSetup3.2.1.3111_2717.exe
5. Download ROM - http://en.miui.com/a-234.html
a. CN Dev kenzo_global_images_6.7.21_20160712.0000.26_5.1_global_1c2ad981fa.tgz
b. GL Dev kenzo_images_6.7.21_20160712.0000.26_5.1_cn_013062f286.tgz
c. Unzip to directories without spaces
02. Flashing CN Dev
===================
1. Connect Phone to PC, use USB on the back side
2. Reboot Phone to EDL
a. adb devices
b. adb reboot edl
3. Start MiFlash
a. Browse for Chinese Dev ROM
b. Refresh
c. Check Flash All
d. Flash
e. Remove cable
f. Hold Power Button until Phone vibrates, wait up to 10 minutes
(Error on 25th second - old 32bit MiFlash version)
4. If Phone Bricked - reload from Fastboot to EDL

a. Settings > About Phone > Tap MIUI version 7-10 times
b. Settings > Additional Settings > Developer options > Check USB Debugging
2. Request Bootloader Unlock http://en.miui.com/unlock
3. Receive Unlock Code by SMS
4. Connect to Network
5. Unlock Bootloader - http://en.miui.com/thread-202290-1-1.html
a. Shut down Phone
b. Enter Fastboot mode (Volume Down + Power)
c. Connect phone to PC using USB cable
d. Run MiFlashUnlock, enter Mi credentials, click Unlock
(Error on 50% Cannot Verify - Driver Signature Enforcement is Enabled)
04. Flashing Global Dev
=======================
1. Connect Phone to PC, use USB on the back side
2. Reboot Phone to EDL
a. adb devices
b. adb reboot edl
3. Remove in ROM directory files flash_all_lock.{sh,bat}
4. Start MiFlash
a. Browse for Global Dev ROM
b. Refresh
c. Check Flash All
d. Flash
e. Remove cable
f. Hold Power Button until Phone vibrates, wait up to 10 minutes
(Error on 25th second - old 32bit MiFlash version)
5. If Phone Bricked - reload from Fastboot to EDL

#### Method #1 - Loading TWRP from PC
1. Reload Phone to Fastboot mode (Volume Down + Power)
2. On PC Issue commands
a. fastboot devices
b. fastboot boot TWRP-COFFACE.img
c. Phone reboots into Recovery mode
d. Change language by clicking Right Button
#### Method #2 - Installation TWRP to Phone
1. Copy SuperSU zip file to root of Phone
2. Reload Phone to Fastboot mode (Volume Down + Power)
3. On PC Issue commands
a. fastboot devices
b. fastboot flash recovery TWRP-COFFACE.img
c. fastboot boot TWRP-COFFACE.img
4. Install SuperSU
Notes
a. For Titanium Backup in SuperSU uncheck "Mount namespace separation" and reboot
b. Do not wipe cache/dalvik
