"Miracle of woman shot in head"
I love newspaper headlines, especially local newspapers, because it is so easy to wilfully misunderstand them.
This headline from Manchester just goes to show that miracles are not what they used to be. Water into wine, Lazarus raised, 5000 fed, shot woman in head. I suppose the miracle was they could so easily have missed.
And now humble and grovelling apologies to anyone I have upset by this post. Honestly, I do know what the story was actually about and no doubt it was a miracle. It still made me laugh though. Never mind, I will suffer for eternity.
