# 67 - wip: skintones -
So, it is 1.05 AM and I just come back from my boyfriend's but I am still quite awake. So, I am posting something I am working on: a skintone. As probably some of you already knows, I have always been looking for a nice balance of cartoony-ness and realism in my game and when I saw joedy_76 's latest skinset I thought I found the Perfect Skintone Set © . But, since I am one of those really annoying people who are never satisfied with anything, I was not very fond of the lips and I decided to blend joedy_76 and Pooklet's latest skintones with Leh's one. And this is what it turned out. This skintone is nor very realistic and neither actually maxis match, it somewhat reminds me of Ninika's lovely sets, but I really really like how it looks in my game, so I thought that maybe someone could be interested too. Also, all the texture files have been manually depixellated in Photoshop using Pooklet's method, so it also looks pretty smooth and non-shiny!
The paler tone, which I am planning to turn into S1.
A rosier and slightly darker tone inbetween S1 and S2.

(again, no censoring. Bah, I hope no one feels hurted by this)
Dark, S4. Personally, my favourite! I love the colour and it also looks very smooth and unpixelated in game, which is wonderful!
By the way, all the models are shown without any makeup except for liners (maybe, but I am not 100% sure they're all wearing it) and the pictures have just been cropped, resized and slightly sharpened.
So... What do you think about these? Are they worth of uploading?
I am still planning to make at least another (alien) tone, and, maybe, a yellow-ish tan one. But I am not sure. I need your opinins though! :D
And... I know my English is even worst than ever now. Probably because I should speak only Italian past midnight!
