I have been reading about the Queer Youth Network and their Pride is a Protest campaign at Manchester Pride on Saturday. Event organisers and stewards tried to prevent people from raising banners with anti-corporate slogans like "too poor for pride". This is an atrocious state of affairs, clearly. hiya, I am one of the young people who was with the queer youth network at manchester pride and witnessed what happened. thanks r blogging about us and raising awareness to the plight of poverty within the gay community that often goes unnoticed until you focus on the most vulnerable or invisible groups of people. the Manchester pride and their criminal associates show us all what they are truly about what where their real interests lye, in deceit and exploitation. http://www.queeryouth.org.uk
