Rough Ride
Well it has been quite some time since I last posted here! Here is the latest from my neck of the woods.
Not alot of good news, but some. Since I last posted here, the woman who I have always loved showed back up in my life. We are currently engaged! Yes I am extremely happy, after 21 years of off and on relationship, we are together as one! She is a wonderful person and a great friend. That is the best news I have had in a long time.
Friday the 13th was not a good day at my house. My fiancee got a call around 4pm about her brother passing away. That hit hard, but at 1:30am I got a call from my brother, saying that my aunt (whom I was close to) passed away while shopping! Yeah 2 big blows in a 9 hour period! Coincidence? or fate? Not sure. oh to top the 13th off, before the phone calls, I blew the pick up truck up. well blew a head gasket. So one vehicle, and 2 deaths. Not a good weekend. Now the fiancee is in Vegas for her brothers funeral, when she gets back we go to my aunts funeral. On a good note, the truck will be fixed by Friday, and I get to see my parents. First time since Thanksgiving.
