Thanks to the internet, my recent speaking engagement has been published in digital video.

Clearly, I cannot stand still. Nor, did I realize how much I talk with my hands. Perhaps, it's only when I'm nervous? Yes, I was petrified.
I think I would have been more comfortable moving around the stage instead of stuck to a podium. However, the presentation was with a co-worker, and with the cameras, lights (blinding me) and microphones, it wasn't meant to be.
Can you tell we didn't rehearse?
