Monotone lifestyle
Or at least that's how I feel at the moment as my life revolves around getting up, going to the libray, coming back, going to work, coming home and going to sleep.
As Jon is now working in the day we only see each other in passing, usually 10 minutes before we both fall asleep and 10 mins before he leaves early for work and manages to wake me up to say goodbye.
It being the weekend means he is off work, however CS wins and he is at some competition somewhere all day. He's due back around 7:00....by which time I will be at work.
My only release is that next week I am off camping with the parents in Dorset for a while...it's actually looking to be good fun with mum's long walks that she "plans" on a map but then actually makes up as she goes along once we start walking and Dad's insistance to try all the local ales in all the local pubs. I'm looking forward to it.
The weather is still pretty damn hot which is a bit irritating when I'm trying to work but as a bonus it's fruit season and I have a litte box of strawberries and raseberries in my fridge that I plan to have for lunch...some kind of fruit salad.
Oh and our cat had to be put down yesterday at the grand old age of 17. I had known her longer than my sister...so it's very sad. Dad said he gave her a full pot of cream before they had to take her to the vet so she was happy (even though she couldn't eat most of it due to being so ill).
I'll miss her alot.
