Money is straight dollar signs, yo!

I just need to say something first. I know OF eBay, but I've never used eBay before, aside from checking the price of some random object. So you'll understand my surprise at using it for the first time.

I put up an item I had obtained from Microsoft, a Fable 2 Downloadable Content Code. The code was included on most (but not all) of the Limited Edition versions of Fable 2, due to a manufacturing error. Microsoft realized this, so they allowed owners of the LE to email them, and after some time, they would be emailed a replacement code. However, they didn't put in any limits as to who could actually obtain a code, so all you had to do was put in your email, regardless of whether or not you had the game, and you would get one.

Months later, my code is sitting in my email inbox gathering e-dust, when someone informs me that the code is selling like hotcakes on eBay. Eager to strike while the iron is hot, I dig up my code, plaster the information (without the actual code of course) up in my bid, and here we are now, with me $36 richer.

The rest of my stuff sold, as well (Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and MvC2 strat guide), and it's just a matter of time before I ship them (hopefully I can get it done quickly) and get the rest of my monies.

I've never used eBay before, which is why I feel so giddy in getting money like this. I feel like a Rockefeller!

In other news, I've had a couple of songs by Lady Gaga and Hilary Duff in my head non-stop. It worries me.

Rockefeller Whitebear...nah, doesn't have a good ring to it.
Live in your world.
Die in mine.
