UGO (Underground Online, ugh) recently bought 1Up, and in an odd act, decided to fire the majority of the staff. Even after talking up the staff, too. What shit. No more podcasts (although admittedly, I never listened to them), and no more EGM (that hurts the most).
Who out there has even heard of UGO? And why couldn't it be THEM getting bought out?
