I SMASH! YOU SMASH? WE ALL SMASH!
Today was an interesting day for me. I watched the incredible hulk! It was filled with many references to the old hulk. Purple sweats, Stan Lee, and Lou Ferrigno! What else could a hulk fanboy ask for? Edward Nortan played a GREAT bruce banner. The action scenes were awesome, and the stuff that happened during the movie actually made sense unlike the first film. They actually had some character development for the villian of the film unlike the last movie where the villian looked like Gary B. and came out of no where.
I wasn't expecting much from this film but Edward Norton delivered and he did it well. It wasn't as good as iron man but it still held its own. Robert D. Jr. made his little iron man cameo at the end of the film just like they said he would. I have been hearing rumors of Triple H being Thor for the avengers and Im satisfied with that decision. No one can portray Thor better than someone who wears tights as their work uniform. =)
Moving onto another topic, Oda Eiichiro is finally releasing his 50th volume of One Piece!
I love the cover art for this one. Nami Fan service for all one piece fan boys! Har har har. Oh Oda.........I love thee. I think the Biblicard in luffy's mouth is a nice touch. The recent chapters have been filled with excitement and some one piece legends. Im not going to spoil anything because some people I know still havent caught up yet but what I can say is that Oda will never stop being a good mangaka. Long live One Piece. Long live Oda. Long live the Strawhat Crew.
