I am so excited to hear how you are growing in the Lord and doing work for Him! Oh my goodness I am just so excited! Yes I actually took time at 2:00AM in the morning to read your mile long journal! I am in SC right now and I went downtown to eat at this AMAZING Thai restraunt!! I think it was called Basil or something that started with a B. Then just walked around and had a good time talking and goofing off. Tomorrow we are throwing my parents a 25th Anneversary Party! I am so proud of them! Then I have to go back to GA on Sunday Afternoon. It's been a nice visit! Normally I hate it, but this has been very nice. Anyway, I am so horrible at updating my journal as well. Right now I am wiped out, so I am going to bed and maybe I will write in it tomorrow. This is what happens all the time and I end up putting it off for months. Anyway, just wanted to say I am pleased to hear you are doing wonderful and God is doing wonderful things with and for you. Keep up the good work w/ your coaching as well. I know you are a great coach to those girls! You are so encouraging and I know that's what they need on that team. Not just a coach that tells them what to do, but that also tells them they do a great job or, that's ok you'll get it right next time or you almost had it come on I believe in you. I can hear you saying all of those things to them and honestly that is what pushes them harder and helps them believe in themselves as well. It gets them through their thinking " I can't believe I just missed that play" and giving them confidence in knowing if my coach believes I can do it, man I believe I can do it too!! It's not just the encouragement of the teammates that help you do your best, it is also the encouragement of the coach. Continue to be that encouraging coach they need and they will become the best players they can possibly be.
