Muffin of Doom
I made Blueberry muffins!
But they were gawd awful T___T
1) Dont use coconut again EVER... that was a dumb idea
2)more baking powder.. or was it baking soda..hrmm. no no..poweder *nod*
3) Dont beat the batter so much next time
I dont know what to do with them now.. hmm I dont think anyone will want to eat them, the coconut makes it taste like i dropped an eggshell in there. They seemed kinda.. dense.. not light and fluffy more like.. mud cake. Im not sure how to fix this.. maybe use self raising flour instead next time instead of normal flour? Also theyre kinda tough.. like leather XD, i think thats cause i over beat the batter when i was folding in the blueberrys... Hmm.. i'll get the hang of this one day D:
