Scooping up fish has never looked so sexy...
So I'm at work, scooping up the dead fish, or "floaters" as I call them, when this guy approaches me and asks if I can get him some Cichlids. No problem, that's why I'm there, right? To help the customer fulfill their every pet need, as well as match the right pet to the right family.
I'm scooping up Cichlids with this big ol' net, trying to get the ones he needs/wants and we start talking. Not much, just gabbing about this and that and what we do for a living. Obviously, I work at a Pet Store. As I stand up to close his bag of fish up, he asks me, "What do you do on the weekend?" I was like, besides work? Sometimes I take pictures... and of course he asks me of what do I take pictures? So I tell him about my landscapes, senior pictures and weddings that I do. As well as portraits and event photography as well. He then tells me that he would really like to see some of my pictures sometime and if he can get my number.

Okay, quickly I must say this... it's been FOREVER since anyone has asked for my number. EVEN in a professional sense. He wanted some websites to see my work and I wrote my two sites down for him. I got up on a stool to scoop some other fish for him, and he stood directly behind me. While I'm scooping them out for him... having to reach far in because I'm a short person, he says, "I like the way you scoop out fish..." I stop and was like, "WHAT?"
He literally was staring at my ass and was like, "Oh, I mean, thanks for scooping out those for me... you're too pretty to be working at a pet store." He wanted to know, again, what I did on the weekends and whether or not I'd enjoy or like to go to dinner with him one night.
I HAD NO CLUE WHAT TO DO...
I was greasy, hot, sweaty, tired, smelled like FISH and was in a PETLAND uniform.
???
WTF.
So... I gave him PETLAND'S number and my first name, FIRST NAME ONLY.
*sigh*

I think I was hit on... but I haven't been hit on in so long I forgot if that's what he was doing or not.
