My SeaCon Experience
I was rather exicted when I first heard that the boys are coming to Seattle this year. Well, a little worried, too, I've got to admit, as I know that would be another hugh expesese. But still, there's no way I will miss the chance of seeing them when they are just 4-hour‘s drive from me.
The expeience turned out quite enjoyable. I had a reaaaaly busy semester this year, school, projects, part-time job, and I was looking for a co-op for my summer. I was literally exhausted. And it was the same week of SeaCon--on Thursday I had an interview, and the very next day, I got a call from that firm and the employer was offering me a position, so I took that. I think the timing is really interesting? 'Cause I'm leaving for SeaCon on Saturday. Like it's designed to be a celebration.
I left home 4:45 on Saturday morning and got to the hotal at approximately 10. The line for exchanging tickets were surprisingly long...When I attended Vancon I always started from Thursday so I had no experience at all what would be like exchanging tickets on Saturday. Anyhow, I made it to the threatre right on time for Thomah's panel. It's actually funny that I kinda got used to the Canadian accent now? 'Cause when I heard Gil's, no doubtly amazing, voice during the next panel, I realized I've never so concious about his accent before...
Seeing Rob is always a thrill. I LOVE HIM. It was funny that I was talking to my friend Rita earlier that all actor/actress I love I start from their character, execpt Rob. I fell for him when I meet him at Vancon 2013, and he's just too cute and sweet and talented not to love. I had some pretty special expeience with Jensen this time, and my videos are not bad quarlity, although considering my seat I expected to be better? The lighting this time was WAY to bright. Serveral guest mentioned about it as well. From my camera if I tried to film the whole stage, the faces are just blank white. Well, there are other fans have pretty good videos, too, and that's good.
