Good day, eh.
Well it was gorgeous out today. A day well worth baggin work for this afternoon. I went and caught Mariko's field hockey game. They won 2-nil, but she got bored. No touches on the ball at all. The second half goalie got a few shots on her, but was able to clear them with some nice kick saves. Mariko will get plenty of action this weekend at a tournament. They will have 5 games and she will be their only goalie. She will be whipped by the end of it. I hope the weather is cooperative Saturday. :-)
So we cleared out of McLean ahead of the traffic and snagged some Dew at the Sev in Great Falls. Then swung by Iggy's to say hello and chat for a bit. Headed home to chill and make dinner. The garlicy summer squash was yummy and the mac'n'cheese was easy. Dinner accomplished.
Then I successfully summited Mt. Dishes. Oh, and the laundry is done and the upstairs is all vacuumed. The toilets are scrubbed, and that is about it for the domestic front today. Now on to the work I need to do to make up for cutting out early. :-)
