Go west not-so-young man
Heading to Az. tomorrow for a little R&R with the kid, mom, sister #1, and niece #3. Should be fun time. May get in a round of golf, may not. Will go riding at some point. Hope my knee can handle it. I want to find some time and go to Shooters World, which is a mega-gun store in Phoenix that was hilighted on an American Shooter episode I caught the other night. You can even rent Class 3 full-auto weaps for 10 bucks.
Heading to the Grand Canyon on Sunday for the rest of the vacation. Will prolly do the helicopter or plane tour, and maybe a mule ride if we can. Not sure yet, since no concrete plans have been made. Not sure how busy it will be this time of year. Hopefully not so much. Hate crowded touristy places. Yuk.
Will have my own room for the first part of trip, and Mariko will stay with the other girls. That will be nice. I really do not like rooming with other people. Even if they are as sexy as smjayman. I just don't sleep well, or much worse than normal, which is pretty crappy.
So, i should be online here and there to check lj and email, and the page says there are "data ports" in the rooms. I sure as hell hope that means that it is highspeed access. Otherwise I will have to find a wireless tap to catch a ride on....
