I went to the boiler room again last night. Hit on the part-owner/bartender even more. He now has my boob pin stuck up on a cork board behind the bar. Sucks for me good advertising for tefen.net though. So heres the dilemma. I have been going to his bar under false pretenses. I'm not 21 for six months... arrhhggggg. So Tuesdays, his night off, he

I do have an opinion on the situation with Luke. And please know that this is coming from someone who is not so far from pre-21 that she doesn't remember sneaking into bars. I'm not attempting to be a killjoy.
#1: If Luke found out that you'd not only been lying to him, but risked his liquor license (etc.) by coming into he and Nikki's bar underage, he would most likely be pissed.
The OLCC comes in there on a regular basis and it could be relatively easy to get nailed. If that happens, not only are you busted, but you lose the respect and friendship of at least one person, if not more.
Lying NEVER pays off... not in the long run.
#2: If you're seriously interested in getting to know him on a real level (aka: outside of the bar), you need to come clean with him immediately. Letting him think that you're of age is a lie, plain and simple. Even if you do hang out with him enough that you two get to know and like each other outside of a bar scene, that dishonesty would be part of the foundation of your relationship and that lie could only last for so long.
So, in short, I would urge you to do the right thing.
Not only for your own integrity, but #1 for the consideration of a business (and real people that need to make money to live) that could get shafted for serving you (or even for you being in there) and #2: you have a much better chance of avoiding Luke being royally pissed off if you tell him the truth now and bite the bullet for the next 6 months.
Truth to be told, you don't know Luke very well anyway... you might be disappointed if he's not what you thought and you spent all the energy on deception. Know what I mean?

I do agree with you on all matters. I do not want to risk fucking over good people for the sake of a good place to hang out. I can always go to other bars that fully acknowledge my age but don't care (i.e.the arnada, despite the fact that it's a dive). Truly I do not know Luke. Yet I very much would like to. It's always great to meet people with a love for star wars that rivals my own. I fully plan on telling him "hey I'm Twenty" I also am expecting to hear silence on the other end of the reciever followed by an audible click. If, and that's a strong if, he is not too irrate to actually carry on a conversation with me that would be great. I don't know excactly what my expectations of this whole endever are other then getting to know an amusing guy. So hopefully all works well. Regardless of how Luke responds to my age rest assured you won't see me at the boiler room for six months and 6 days. I fully plan on rocking it on my 21st though. So Jen from Bend High class of 94' I might see ya around. Most likely not. Theres always LJ though.

And as for Luke... if he's worth his salt, he'll hear you out and the 2 of you can continue to get to know each other. If he chooses to lose his cool, it's a clear sign.
I look forward to seeing you in 6 months and 6 days... unless my Cinco de Mayo party pans out - then you can plan on an invitation well before then.
Let's keep LJing in the meantime. :)
