DAMN I have been swamped all day! Look at all the fun I missed out on! Nick doesn't need any starter kits, he is his own person..clearly it works..he got hired even though the hirer did not care too much for his accesorizing.

you can still be your own person and use someone else's "starter kit" hence the term starter. Just because i put on a Kappa jacket, it doesn't make me Dan, it starts me off on the right foot but I'm still my own man
