ON NE CONNAIT JAMAIS CE QU'EST LA VIE JUSQU'A ELLE EST ALLÉE
Hey everyone,
I've not updated in a while, so I thought why the hell. Today has been an odd day. My mum's friend Maurren suddenly died of something wrong to her brain. It's quite sad considering my mum and her were sitting having brunch last Friday talking about her son's wedding and her daughter-in-law's wedding dress:
"Yeah, Jean[mum], I think Anna's[daughter-in-law] dress isn't that nice, but I'll go along with it. It's her special day afterall...next year, I hope..."
It's all quite sad so my mum and family are quite upset about that. I don't know what anyone can say or do which will truly cheer her up.
On to other matters, I managed to do a lot of my homework today but I still have 3 english critical essays close readings to do. I am going to begin studying tomorrowI am feeling quite pressurised because I don't see why everyone's letting studying consume so much of their time when they have weeks and weeks!
French exchange is nearing! I am looking forward to, and I've been e-mailing Lucas and his family[french exchange] quite a lot. I think he'll be coming into school with me for 2 weeks or something and will be taking him around Scotland - should be fun. I am going over to his house in La Rochelle, France when I get back from Tunisia.
