A much needed weekend at home: the ritualistic shopping excursions with mom and steph, and of course glued to Emilys side - just color me thrilled :) Returned to school with "you have 3 new messages"...all from my Father - who's become a little concerned with the lack of phone calls from me (zero) dealing with his little Wedding, taking place this Saturday half past Four'o'clock. Little does he know 4:30 is an unlucky time, everyone knows that!...hmm...
I dont know how im getting home. I wish i were more motivated to find a ride, but im convinced that its going to play out this way:
I will do absolutely no work to find a ride to seattle, and then God will just throw an all-to-perfect Ride home RIGHT into my lap. somebody will probably come up to me at Random one day and say:
"You look like you need a ride to a church. Funny! cause im headed to Queen Anne Lutheran Church Right...now! What!? your Father is getting married there!? nooo way."
^---That is my life in a nutshell. I'm a "P" for Perciever, i think. ENFP... at least thats what the Personality-book tells me. Which means that i roll with the Punches; I'm very passe when it comes to having a Plan or back-up Plan. I'd more or less rather pretend it doesn't exist, and thats my way of dealing with things. (smile) Ive become quite good at it actually.
Last night was pretty cool: Dinner&Movie with Randall; pasta, bread, salad mmmmm! Seriously I felt so good after that meal, it was perfect; and Apocalypse Now, which was quite a movie. One of those "Ill never look at the world the same" movies, it was pretty brilliant cinematography and music/soundtrack.
This morning, i woke up on Randys couch with the worst stomach ache, ever. I went home thinking, okay ill just drink some tea and it'll be fine. NO. I didnt know what to do, so I called my Mom and got her answering machine - but wierd as it may sound, just the voice-mail message of her Voice made me feel better. I just sat outside for a while, called back and listened again - and I felt better. I dont know why, but i went inside and had a great day from that point on.
