Early this morning, at the end of my dreams, I found myself in the most incredible place. I wish I could properly sketch it before it disappears from my mind. Even now it has become less distinct... A city, only not. No plants, no natural features except the beach and the ocean. Some sort of pavement covered the ground. The buildings were fantastical. The one I remember most... think the Devil's Tower, only slightly smaller, and with stairs on all sides. The stairs were segmented in different colors... carved from different colored stones like marble and jasper. The top had a white symbol (a circle with comething else?) The goddess lived there. And I was in this black jutting, spiring, castle-like structure nearby. I wanted to go walk on the beach, but I knew my father wouldn't want me out so late. I dressed up in my black velvet dress and thigh-high boots and went anyway. I recall feeling so... sexy.
I didn't go to the beach, but wandered the street with all the fantastic people and played video games that were open to all. It was so futuristic... and yet fantasical. I wonder where it fits within my Mind World?
Last night I watched The Muppet Christmas Carol. During one of the songs my mind flashed on an image of a little girl running across a lawn in recency-style clothing. As I watched her I knew she was my child, and I felt such love for her.
No, I do not want children.
