Adventures in an Online Dating Service... the meeting.
So first audition... (I don't date. So I audition. *grins*)
Wow! Last night was fun. This boy is hot! We got coffee, walked along the waterfront until it got dark, wandered around downtown... I showed him one of my favorite places: the arcade. He's never played in a video arcade before! Wasn't too good at Toobin', but he enjoyed the pinball machines (more mechanical) Then we wandered to his apartment, he made mojitos, we talked some more, and I went home just after midnight.
And although he's a tech boy, his interests lie in computers based on the natural world. Sort of computer biology stuff. Very, very fascinating.
I think I really like this guy. I don't know if it is enough of a like to go further than a good friendship, but he is really interesting.
Of course, today my hip is killing me from all the walking...
