(no subject)
Rememebr what I said yesterday about work? Well today I was left in charge. :D Things went ok. One kid did hit a couple other kids but they were totally isolated events that couldn't have been prevented.
Pamela persuaded em to go out after work with her and her boyfriend [and one of his friends]. We went to The Cathouse which is Glasgow's prominent [only?] rock/metal nightclub. I've heard so many stories about that place so was slightly wary. Wary of the people and the music. I like my rock and I'll listen to some heavier shit if you give me a bit to get used to it but it blaring in my ears all night? Not my cup of tea.
OMG it was awesome. First song I heard when we got there was Thomas by A Perfect Circle. I almost SQUEE'd in the entryway. xD Second track was Forty Six & 2 by Tool. I was so happy and singing away. xD
I didn't dance cuz, yanno, strange place with strangely dressed people and stranger dancing. I did hear a total of 15 tracks that I knew over the course of 3 hours. Best ones being APC and Tool [how could they not?!?] Was quite surprised when they played Insomnia by Faithless.
AND OMG THEY PLAYED THE ACE OF SPADES BY MOTORHEAD AND MY DAD KNOWS THE LEAD SINGER AND I WAS ALL YAYAYAYAY!
It was a good night. Not sure I'd go back cause my friends wouldn't like it. Maybe some other time with Pammie.
