My baby niece is finally here!! Lillian Grace was born May 23rd.
6lbs, 12 ozs and beautiful in every way. I cannot wait to meet her next weekend and I'm sure I'm driving my brother crazy calling all the time. She is absolutely perfect!
Warm Ginger Steak Salad- Yummy :-)
It was soooo good! Next time I'll put less ginger, because I felt it really had a strong flavor and I prefer more subtle flavors. Even the Craiggers liked it and he's not much of a "salad as a meal" guy.

So I've been asked to be CLT for math for my grade level next year. *Happy Dance* Basically this is a curriculum leadership position in the area of math. I will working over the summer to develop some hardcore strategies for my grade level to use and then I'll be "coaching" teachers throughout the year. I'm mildly freaked out because my grade level isn't known for going with the flow, but I'm jazzed to be thought of after only being here for two years. I'm even more super pumped up about because my friend Kim will be doing CLT for Literacy. PLUS, Kimmy and I will also have adjoining rooms next year. *Squeeeee*
Even more exciting, summer officially started today!!! I'm already planning pool dates and summer projects, in addition to all the professional development. Can I just say for a moment how incredible my husband is?? He's been working hard in the yard planting some rose bushes, peonies, and some shrubs. All to bring a little beauty into our lives...he's wonderful! Ahhhh, life is good :-)
