(no subject)
bored again at work and so i write..Im going to see finger 11 on march 8th in toronto with my uncles ex girlfriend, that should be fun.
I was looking at employment opportunities with hilton in ireland and britain...that would be rad. I think i could get my british passport since my dad grew up in ireland... anyway hilton is seeming like a good company to be with, so I should probably stick it out here for a while, see what happens. I was told by someone in management in confidence that my name came up when they were talking about people advancing in the hotel. Im glad they told me that because I was starting to get restless and looking for something else. So see what happens, ive only been here for 3 months, I probably shouldnt jump around so much.
So im working 3-11 tonight, I thought it was going to be ridiculously busy, sunday nights generally mean a lot of phone calls and quite a few checkins, tonight there were 30 checkins, which is quite a bit for one person to do, especially when the phone is ringing off the hook, but I've been lucky tonight, not too many phone calls and the checkins have been real steady...nice.
And when I get home at 11:30 im going to sit my ass down and get a little drunk because after tonight I have 2 days off in a row wow! yes very exciting. anyway i will probably post again in a couple of weeks, i guess this is another posting phase im going through.
