kidney problems?

So I woke up this morning and started to feel a dull pain in my abdomen. Didn't know what it was, but it wasn't that bad. So figured it would go away. So off I went, to school to clean out my display case and return the keys. When i got to school, the pains started to get stronger so i thought, maybe some water would help calm it. No...about 10 min after i got to school, I began to ball over in pain. And lots of pain too. It came in waves every 1/2 minute. So i thought, ok, well i'll drag all of my stuff home and then lay down for a bit before i drive back to SF. But that didn't pan out.

As i was dragging my stuff through the aboreteum, i balled over and rolled onto the bridge and my stuff. It really hurt. Before i was even able to reach the front door of my apartment, i balled over and fell to the ground for the second time. So I staggered into the apartment and collapsed on the couch. Vanessa tried to help me, but to no avail. So finally I decided i needed to go to the Student Health center after the pain started to affect my lungs. They put me in urgent care around 3 pm, but did not look at me until the center was officially closed (5pm). Great... So the news wasn't great. He said it could be a stomach flu, but kind of doubtful. He said it could also be my kidneys having problems since the area where my kidneys should be, is tender. Crap... So i'm still balling over in pain. Only its happening every 1/2 hour instead of every 1/2 minute. Go me, right? So if i don't get any better tomorrow morning, i'll have to volunteer my blood for analysis. Why is this happening to me?
