I've come to the conclusion that there is something wrong with my LJ. If I put someone's username in, all my text afterwards is blue and linky, and there's nothing I can do to change it. I have similar issues if I use LJ-cuts, which is why I don't do that very often.
My LJ is broke! Pah!
