a library poem
by nikki padilla
I really do not wish to play in the sun
Just please give me my carrel, carrel sixty one
you're so quiet and wooden and un-fun
but oh how i love you carrel sixty one!
I will set up residence here until this paper is done,
I dont ever want to leave you, lovely carrel sixty one.
I hope no one takes you, atleast until my academic battle is won
thank you, you dreamy old carrel, carrel sixty one
because of you i wont procratinate a ton
Hurray, three cheers for carrel sixty one
if any one thinks its funny to steal you, i may threaten them with a gun
or more perhaps I will utilize something more more frighening like some rhymes by terror squad and "big pun"
because i love you that much, my dear carrel sixty one.
