Such a beautiful disaster...
The show was so much fun, and everything went perfectly. Except for when Lauren lost one of her shoes and had to go on with Kate's, which were a little too big for her. But that was the only real problem. No technical glitches, so we all felt incredibly blessed for that. We started a little later than we planned though, but that's ok.
Ashlee Simpson was there, because Bel designed outfits for her and Jess sometime last year, I think, and Ash wanted to come check out the whole line. So she was backstage with us during the show and she came to rehearsals as well.
This show has just made me more excited for the Bahamas. That's seriously going to be the best thing I've ever done in my life. We're going to be there for a week, our show is on Thursday, we get there on the Sunday night before, then rehearse on Monday and Tuesday, then on Wednesday we get a day off and we're going swimming with dolphins (or so Loz and Kate tell me, they want to do that desperately), and then on Wednesday night we're having a quick runthrough with the jetskis. The show is literally in the water. The whole hall is surrounded by a pool, and we're jetskiing into the whole place. It's hard to explain, but I've seen pictures and yeah, it looks awesome.
After the NY show, I hung out with Isaac for a bit. It was good to finally see you and have a good chat! Then I went with Loz and Tyler to Belinda's after show party. Kate dogged it, in order to have the room to herself with Zac, and I'm not going to think about that anymore.
But things have been good.
