Sucky, sucky week
I had my evaluation this week and my administrators had nothing positive to say about my performance. In fact they were both angry about one thing I do. That was their focus.
Some background: They both evaluated the same same class (the one with the troubled student who continues to act out and tries to leave class, the little bastard that walked off campus during my watch and called me most recently a transsexual), the class that is by far my worst class. This is 3 months into my teaching, I have been given no expectations to how to run the class. Now they want stricter discipline and want to talk to me about the discipline plan I worked up, meaning they have nothing but criticisms.
I have been given no leadership, I have teaching equipment in my room that works about half the time and there are no plans to get it fixed though they keep trying. And, oh yeah, when I decide to implement my discipline policy, I have a parent that gets mad when their darling gets in trouble and loses her 10 minute break on Monday. The parents want to talk to me and copied administration on the issue.
I seriously think I might have to resign.
