This is wonderful. One of the best Kirk/McCoy fics I've read. You nailed both of their characters perfectly and I loved how you worked the plot.

Thank you so much. I need a blushing, aw shucks icon but Bones will have to do. Again, thank you for that. This is one fic that took me a while to finish, so I am very happy that others have enjoyed it so far.

What a rollicking story - exciting plot, snappy dialogue and lots of interpersonal drama and shenanigans! This was a lot of fun to read.

Absolutely adorable and inventive. Thinking clouds of gas :). Also I love it when Bones calls Jim darling. SO yeah, this fic is quite perfect.

I can't quite claim the Thasian's as my own invention because they did appear in the TOS episode of Charlie X. There was only one that appeared and when it spoke to the crew of the Enterprise it used the plural in it's speech. So I took those little bits and expanded on them as logically as I could, hence my talking to one of my beta's for 2 hours about gas. Poor love. :D

Darlin' has to be one of my favourite things in fanon for Bones to say, at the right moment. Thank you for the lovely comment.
