Oddly enough, I always thought Out of Time was suggestive of a night planning to be spent between the two of them. Jack was just coming out of his bunk, Ianto was searching for his keys, and when Ianto called Jack he didn't seem especially surprised to hear from him.

Plus, I just liked to assume the correlation of Ianto wearing the navy suit with the little gold lapel pin and dotted tie correlated with Jack's waistcoat and watch chain. ;)

They do tend to dress very similar or are matching to a degree. Wait for later when there will be a lot of mirroring occurring between the pair of them. Especially FOOTR, that episode is full of them mirroring each other. But bedtime is calling. So I should have the rest of the whole series up by tomorrow.

You could be right, but it is also indicative that it was very common for Ianto to still be at the Hub late at night, ala prior to the discovery of Lisa.

Aw. Ianto is cute when he slouches. I also love the expression on Jack's face when he takes the cell phone from Ianto. (Really, Jack. Do you need two hands to accept the phone?)

Isn't Out of Time the episode where Ianto hands Jack his coat even though Jack is rushed and not even looking at Ianto?

I also love their interactions during the interrogation scene in Combat. Although they are focused on the man in the bed they seem to be in tune with one another. Great stuff.

Yes about Out of Time, but those pictures are more telling from an Ianto pov, so I am saving those for later *wink*

I know, Jack just seemed so happy to get a present from Ianto. It was so sweet!

Jack very much wanted Ianto to be his right hand man for that episode. Makes for some interesting thoughts as to why he wanted Ianto to be with him. Coming after the death of John Ellis in Out of Time and Jack dying in Ianto's car and also just after christmas.... He seems to want to be with Ianto more.

Random Shoes was the first time we ever saw Ianto relaxed in his body language. Out of Time had the first time we see Ianto handling Jack's coat.

Yep I agree with those points about Ianto, but this one is all about Jack's pov. I'm going to start an Ianto one in a day or two as a comparison.
